Class Description:
I am the lucky teacher of all the seventh and eigth grade students at Dover Air Force Base middle School. We ainly serve the nation's military dependents, but operate and are largely funded by a local public school district.

Needs:
The students at my school are under a great deal of stress due to the deployment of so many of their parents. Middle school is such a hard time anyway! We are in need of digital cameras to get a project started that will help them deal with the emotions they are feeling. It will also raise patriotism among our youth, as well as show our appreciation to the military.

Why Do I Teach?:
I love it! I am a fifth generation teacher on my mother's side. I feel very fortunate to be able to help the children of our nation's military.
