Employment History:
Entering my 8th year teaching (2010-2011). Previously, was a science writer, both employed and freelance. Have written several books for young adults.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I love to learn. I want to use my example of being curious about all sorts of things to inspire students to care about learning. I also want to demonstrate to students how important science is to all aspects of modern life.
