About Me:
I am mom to two children, ages 7 and 4. I have been teaching for over 16 years so I have really seen how technology has transformed our schools. I love being an educator and love using digital resources to help the students learn, create and communicate.
College and Degrees:
M.A. Education with a concentration in Instructional Technologies; San Francisco State University, 2003 B.A. Psychology, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. 1988

Employment History:
Teaching, teaching, teaching. I have taught in so many different situations throughout my career. I started out in environmental/outdoored, taking students from the inner-city on overnight outdoor adventures. I taught 4th/5th grade for many years. After getting my master's degree I taught technology integration to pre-service teachers. I taught all ages through a hospital-homeboundprogram. Now I am the technology coordinator at a small school.
Why Do I Teach?:
I am a lifelong learner who loves learning new things and hopes to inspire a love of learning in the students I teach.
