Class Description:
My class dynamics range from gifted learners to students one year behind. Students come from a variety of enriching ethnicities and socioeconomics. My class has 14 girls and eight boys.
Position:
Classroom teacher
Needs:
Technology is greatly needed! Having access to digital devices throughout the day is needed to meet the variety of learners and learning styles in the classroom.
My Philosophy:
My philosophy is grow each child's brain and heart. To accomplish this students are grouped homogeneously, heterogeneously and given individual time to think. My class has a daily class meeting to share what is happening outside of the school day to help build our classroom community and meet emotional needs of each student. We are team to help build one another up!

Teaching is a unique profession. Working with children to guide them in their discovery and assisting them with the challenges each faces academically and personally is very rewarding.
