Class Description:
I have a third grade class of 12 boys and 9 girls! They are very out going and enjoying using all kinds of technology.
Position:
3rd Grade Teacher
Needs:
I would like to have digital video equipment or MP3 players. The video equipment would enhance the students in class projects and taking reading and other activities that one step farther. Also the MP3 players would be awesome for podcasting and voiceovers! They would help the students with studying for tests, and engage them in work assigned .
My Philosophy:
My Philosophy is inquiry based. I believe that student discovery and learning with guiding and questioning by the teacher will make the student want to take responsibility for their learning.

About Me:
I am in my 4th year teaching! I have tought all 4 years in Dallas CO, here at Mallory Elementary. I love my job and the variety of things that happen in a day.
College and Degrees:
I graduated with a B.S. from College of the Ozarks in Branson, MO in 2005. I am working on my Masters in Technology.
Activities:
I am active in my church, and have been on several summer mission trips! I also enjoy sports especially Basketball and Football.

Childrens Books--Hooway for Wodney Wat, Click Clack Moo Cows That Type, and How to Eat Fried Worms. Personal Reading-- Any Francine Rivers Book, Christian Fiction, I really enjoyed "The Shack"

Why Do I Teach?:
Changing the lives of children is something that shouldn't be taken lightly and I Love spending the day with kids that are not having a bad day and are not stressed but still enjoy the world!
