Class Description:
I have one returning student for a journalism class of about 14. This is my first year as a teacher and I am hoping to get my students excited about the journalism profession by giving them access to a broad range of journalistic practices. The class is much more than just publishing a school paper. I want to give the students a real opportunity for a career decision.

Needs:
Wow, where to begin. I only have one computer in the classroom for my journalism students. I need cameras (SLR and video), digital voice recorders, desktop publishing software, computers and a scanner. It would also be nice to have a projector for PowerPoint presentations.
