I teach World History to tenth graders. As visual as society is today, i would like to provide a better visual account of History in our class setting.

I would like a Sympodium ID422w to better connect visually with my students. I believe with this technology I can bring to life a subject that is often disconnected and boring to the average 10th grade student.
My Philosophy:
Every student has something they can find interesteing in History. It is a matter of finding that interest and exploiting it to best reach that student and bring out there true potential in education.

About Me:
I have taught for 9 years, all World History. I find it connecting it to the lives of my present students my number one priority. I am also a volleyball coach for the school. I have benn doing that for the last 11 years.

Activities:
I like to coach volleyball and travel the world with my family. By taking pictures of where I have been, I can bring that back to my students and discuss the History of those places.
