I teach because of the pure satisfaction of watching learning click for a student. Being in the position I am in, I have the opportunity to work with students in an environment they are comfortable in- a digital learning environment. Children these days learn differently than I did growing up, and as educators, we must find ways to reach these students. Using technology to enhance lessons, I have seen a gain in student performance and an excitement for learning, which makes my job all the more rewarding.
