Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I enjoy sharing my love of reading and writing with young people, many of whom have not yet found their voice, or discovered the joy of books. I try to instill a passion in my students for the written word, and try daily to inspire them to think about things they might not otherwise consider. To satisfy their quest for knowledge invariably leads to reading, and being able to express oneself is vital to human existence. The skills I try to teach my students will empower them to achieve their dreams. There is nothing for a teacher like sharing in her students' future success!
