Students will lean about biomolucles (protein, lipids, carbohydrates, etc.) and how they are used in the human body. Students will then keep a food journal for a week to see what they are consuming. They will analyze this data to see where improvements need to be made. Students will then create a cooking show showing how to fix the new healthier version of their favorite meal.
Materials: Video Cameras, Flip Video, DVD Camcorder, CDs and DVDs, Hard Drives, Camera Bags, Flash/USB Drives, Tripods, Batteries
