Class Information:
Students per Class: 5-12
Class Description:
I serve five hearing handicapped children, ages 3 years to 6 years old in a self-contained classroom which is a new class and is the only one of its kind in our district.
Hearing-HandicappedClassroom Teacher
Being able to capture and use pictures will enrich the language development, both receptively and expressively of the young hearing-handicappedchildren. Having a classroom camera which will take both still and video will enable me to provide real-life, real-time illustrations of language vocabulary and construction.
My Philosophy:
My teaching philosophy is to give young children the tools needed to become successful and being able to communicate is the most important tool my students need.
