Anything by Nicholas Sparks. YA Literature: The Hunger Games Series, The Uglies Series, The Shadow Children Series, The Giver, Pretty Little Liars, The Clique Series (I read many young adult/adolescent fiction books because I read the books before my daughters are allowed to read them.)
