Objectives:
Students will evaluate two sites on smoking and tobacco using a form designed for that purpose.
Students will research the effects of smoking using Internet Kids search engines.
Students will write a story board within heterogeneous groups outlining their plans for a video portraying the information they found. This will be a commercial to the tobacco companies to stop targeting children with their product. This could be done using Power Point as well.
Evaluation:
The final product will be evaluated using rubrics (individual and group). |
