I teach technology to K-8 grade students.

Library Technology Specialist/TechnologyTeacher
Needs:
We need 12 video and digital cameras, as well as a SMARTboard. We have the LCD projector to use with the SMARTboard.
Personal Information:
About Me:
I have been teaching in private Christian schools for 16 years and recently moved to a charter school in south Toledo. This is my third year here and my second year teaching technology. I am also the school librarian.
College and Degrees:
I have a Master of Education degree in Classroom Technology from Bowling Green State University. My undergrad degree is from the University of Toledo.
Activities:
My activities center around my family, including 5 children and 5 grandchildren. I love to read and anything to do with the outdoors like fishing and horseback riding.
Favorite Books:
the Bible, John Bevere books, Christian fiction, The World is Flat. Rachel Ray cookbooks.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because it's who I am. That is my gift and my passion. I hope to make a difference in the lives of students and help them prepare for their future. I hope to set an example for them of how to love learning and how to treat others as they would like to be treated. It is what I was created to do and be.
