Objective: TLW capture his/her surroundings and family to immortalize each stage of his/her primary development.
Each student will receive a camera and a list of items that he/she must capture on the memory stick. These items will correlate with our standards. This activity will allow the students an opportunity to create a connection between home life and school. This connection is so important in explaining and reiterating the how's and why's of education. After the camera and memory stick are returned, we will develop the pictures and create a scrapbook, dating each important stage and aspect of their home and school life. These scrap book will become a part of thier living history. By using these books, we will be able to reach back into thier lives and make connections that might not otherwise be made.
