Incorporating Digital Camera Usage into PowerPoint Presentations

Previously students have successfully completed a digital camera unit in our journalism class, producing photos from around the school, including classroom events, and school activities.

Students will choose an idea from a list provided by the teacher to do their first PowerPoint slides.
> Student will gather information on thier chosen
topics.
> After gathering the information, the students will
produce 3/5 slides.
> Students will choose photographs they need to take
to insert into their slides.
> Using skills learned previously, the students will
take a variety of photos around their school.
> Students will learn the proceedure to insert photos
from files.
> Students will complete their slides, inserting
pictures they have saved to files on their
classroom computers.
> Students will present their slide shows to their
class.
