My Period 2 Physical Education class has adopted the Adaptive PE students that same period and one day a week (Wednesdays), they go over and work with and include the Special Education students with our PE class.
It would be great if we had a camera and they could take pictures of the actvities and then prepare a special picture book for their designated buddies at the end of the year!!
The PE class would get in a group of 4 and work together on the project. Students would act as buddies, leaders, peer-tutors and could even put together a picture collage for the bulletin board. Perhaps we could get lucky and even get a picture on the District Web Page! |
