For seven days, write down everything you ate (what & how much), and why you ate what you ate. Also, write down what your daily activity routine consists of: time wake up, walk to school, gym....sleep at ....Once you are done, Find calculate amount of caloric intake per meal per "why you ate" Then, evaluate the caloric output- exercise with caloric breakdown. Compare caloric intake with calorie output. More or less? Gain weight? Loss? Did you notice any difference in caloric consumption and "Why" you ate what you did? Can you make any changes, substitutions, or modifications to your diet? What did you observe regarding your calorie expended? Could you increase in any areas? What are the differences with calorie in vs calorie out?
