Reading: Three books will be displayed to read. (Based on reading level) After reading the child will decide which book they liked best.
Math: Graph it on chart.
Writing: Have the child write about the story to the best of their knowledge.
While the children are writing about their favortie story, take a picture of the child holding up their favorite book to display with their story. Next, (have a child) video their friend one at time, why they like their book the best. (Using the lastest technoloy video camera.)
Once everyone has had a chance, show the class the video they have created about their favorite book(s). Make a bulletin board displaying their stories and pictures showing their favorite books. |
