We all enjoy instant replay when watching our favorite sports team on TV. It can help our students hone the details of their technique development for throwing balls, shooting free throws and layins or attempting hockey shots. Digital video cameras will allow them to review their technique, note deficiencies, plan improments, video and appreciate improvments.
