Students will

1. Gain familiarity with National Monuments.
2. Learn the words and melodies to Patriotic Songs
3. Learn photography skills , take photos and load them into their computers
4. Learn how to manipulate a vlauable software to integrate all of these idgital elements into a multimedia digital production which can be presented on the School's Morning Show.



Class will be broken up into groups. These groups will cover the taksks 1-3 above. As the group finalizes their contribution, they will present what they have learned in 1-3 above to the other groups.

Group tasks-

1. This group will Visit Websites and capture photos of national Monuments
2. Students will create a word document detailing the words to patriotic songs.
There will be one song per project.
3. This group will be charged with photographing individual students with their hands on their hearts as when they take the pledge of allegiance.

Once the individual groups have gathered their deliverables, the class, as a whole with integrate these elements into a digital production.

Photos of students will be supplemented with the photos of national monuments. The SLideshow will present the photos as the patriotic song plays. And, in addition, the words to the songs will scroll across the bottom of the screen to enable students to all learn and sing the songs as the video/music play.
