Penncrest High School's newspaper, "The Pride" publishes four issues annually. To develop all facets of journalism, we encourage our reporters and editors to provide digital photographs rather than rely on outside sources. Our meager budget does not even cover our printing costs, so we have no resources to purchase our own equipment. After several fundraisers last year, we we still at least $1000.00 short of being able to buy a camera or other gear. Each member of the staff will be able to use the new camera to make our paper a more enriching opportunity for all students.

Thank you!

Comments
"The Pride" has a staff of over thirty members and contributing writers, which means that many students have plenty of opportunities to benefit from this generous grant!
