While they meet our purposes of making the computer work, we are behind in technology and want to catch up. Why I need this:
Our goal is to get SMART Boards installed in our school as soon as possible. If we are able to add USB Microscopes to our science lab we would be able to give our children a fast track education where they wouldn't have to guess about what they were seeing. The teacher could project what was needed onto our anticipated SMART Boards and use SMART Board technology to highlight what the students need to know. No more guessing! Lots more learning!
One would remain in the lab full time while one could be checked out to classrooms.

We thrive on donated equipment for which we are grateful, but our donations leave us with an inconsistency in equipment that makes repairing computers and keeping them on their feet for kids very difficult. Having consistent headphones throughout the computer lab and school would help us to not only give the children a consistent education, but it would make it easier to repair keeping our technological education moving at the speed it needs to move.
