My class is raising funds to be able to purchase two additional IPads for my students. The current classroom IPad is used during lessons and circle time to allow students to access the computer through the Doceri App, or answer simple questions through the ChoiceBoard App. The IPad is also used as a way to communicate their wants and needs to their peers and adults. IPads bridge the gap for non-verbal students to access their environment. These IPads would greatly help my students access their curriculum and learn independence.
