This fundraiser is to obtain Playaway launchpads for 3-5-year-olds in content areas (math, literacy, science). I would like to provide my students with learning applications on a tablet and that would exclude apps and other harmful information. One way to achieve this is with Playaway launchpads which are usually found in libraries across the country. They come preloaded with activities and games and leave out the ads. The Playaways would be used throughout the day to enhance reading, math, and science. The devices also include assessment data to monitor progress.
