Our yearbook team uses only cell phones for our photographic needs. Our school has 200 high school students so the budget is not available to buy us one nice camera. The photographs for our small but exciting sports program needs a camera with high ISO capability so we can photograph inside actual "action shots". As it is now, with cell phones, we can only photograph motionless photos. Can you help us?
