Hello!
I am an Intervention specialist in a transition classroom for students with multiple disabilities. All 8 of my students range from ages 17-22 and have varying functioning levels. Daily, we work on vocational skills, dailing living skills, budgeting, and life skills. My goal for this fundraiser is to earn funds that will provide ipads that my students can use to access their daily schedule. The digital schedule will help them mark off when they have completed a job and move to the next task. Digital schedules help my students build independence and responsibility. Additionally, I can use some for communication devices for two of my non-verbal students. Please, if you can, support these amazing adults become active, productive members of our community!
