As we enter the school year digitally, I would love my students to have the same experiences they would have if they were in the classroom. I am a 6th and 7th grade math teacher, and part of my job is to help support and guide my students in their work. Part of helping my students is having the ability to see their work. Unfortunately, many platforms for digital learning do not provide ways to show student work. GoFormative provides that for them. GoFormative allows students to physically draw or write out their answers using their mouse while other similar programs, such as Google Forms, don't allow this. Since GoFormative can also be used in real time, I can observe student work and thought process as they are working, just like it would be in the classroom. Current solutions require students to write out their work then upload an image, yet GoFormative removes that step and provides kids with a more realistic feel.
