Many students are hands-on learners and the use of technology helps them retain information. The iPod will allow me to provide low level learners with hands-on applications in various subject areas, such as Phonics, Reading and Math.The iPod will become a valuable tool in my classroom. Students will utilize the iPod Touch during small group time or during literacy stations. I will also be able to use the iPod with the ELMO (a digital projector) during whole group lessons and all the children will be able to see the images projected on the big screen in our classroom. The iPod will help students with different learning styles connect with the world in new ways.
