Class Description:
I teach a class of 24 first graders who love to learn!
Position:
1st grade teacher
Needs:
We currently have a projector and 1 computer in the classroom. Additional technology in the classroom would allow my students to become more actively involved in their learning and not only prepare them for their future but allow them to compete in todays' world.
My Philosophy:
I am a Nationally Board Certified teacher who believes that every student can succeed. I believe that there are no limits on what a student can achieve when they are provided the resources and support to reach their full potential. My students often amaze themselves at what they accomplish each day! They inspire me to be the best that I can be!

About Me:
I have been teaching for 20 years and find myself continually growing in the ever-changing world of education. I am very fortunate to love what I do everyday and look for ways to improve my teaching for my students who deserve the best.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I love what I do! I want to provide a 21st century classroom that allows my student to achieve success in their learning each day. Each child is uniquely talented and technology allows me to differentiate for their needs, expanding their learning beyond the 4 walls of our classroom.
