Class Information:
Room Number: 220
Students per Class: 20
Class Description:
Our class consists of 20 very unique boys and girls. They are from a small community where 71% are economically disadvantaged. We range from gifted/talented to Exceptional Education to English Language Learners. We are working very hard to close the gap in Reading and Writing and prepare for a lifetime of learning.
Third Grade Teacher
Our classroom is very fortunate to have a Promethean Board. My students are so excited to use the resources available from other teachers and students thru the internet. I would like to capture that excitement by allowing my students to create their own projects. A mobile Podcasting Lab would allow the students to create and share instructional resources for other students around the world.
My Philosophy:
As an educator, my role is to help students find the special gift inside them and help them use that gift to grow. Every resource possible should be made available to all children so that they may begin to realize the endless opportunities they have for the future.
