Class Description:
My current class is comprised of 18 students in a high poverty area of rural Wisconsin. My class includes students who are English Language Learners, deaf/hard of hearing, Title 1, and struggling learners. Next year, I am scheduled to teach in an "interventionist"position. I will teach students in need of significant academic remediation.

We need opportunities for technology integrated lessons. A digital flip camera would allow students to record their experiences in all curricular areas.
My Philosophy:
All students, regardless of their nationality, economic status, or family history, are entitled to a quality education that will provide a 20th Century education. Today, teachers must prepare their students for tomorrow.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach students because I had some great teachers when I was growing up- I always wanted to be exactly like them.
