Class Description:
Our school focus is on ELA (English/LanguageArts) and STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics). Our student computers are lease-returns from the state, though, and we're lacking in multimedia capabilities and science equipment to use with the computers.
Position:
Teacher / Tech Coordinator
Needs:
4 or more tablets with photo/video editing capabilities, 2 or more Data Loggers, 4 or more digital microscopes.
My Philosophy:
Students learn best when they can take ownership of their education. Hands-on, project-based learning is not just motivational; it has a highly positive impact on retention of concepts.
