Class Description:
I teach all students at the Middle School. I work with technology, accessing information in both traditional and electronic formats and for production purposes, such as producing movies. I work with students through the library and in computer labs. I also help students find self selected reading materials.
Position:
Library Media Teacher
Needs:
Our current technology needs are for 10 Flip video cameras, 10 external computer microphones.
My Philosophy:
I believe every student has the right to develop his/her potential by exploring a multitude of possibilities, especially at the Middle School age. It is important for students to be self reliant in manipulating technology and integrating it into their daily lives.

Why Do I Teach?:
I want to pass on the love of being a life long learner. I find the world to be full of interesting ideas, people and projects and want my students to realize their own role in creating a fulfilling life for themselves. I am excited about the potential of technology in our world. I want to help students use technology as a production tool, as a means to access information, and for leisure.
