Class Information:
Students per Class: 19
Class Description:
I have the most fabulous class!! I currently have 19 students. These students had a very rough 5th grade year. They had a switch with many different teachers. I came in March until the end of the year. The 6th level job became available and I jumped on it. I wanted to follow the same students to 6th grade!! I wanted to give them stability, familiarity and trust. We are an awesome team and are always ready to learn!!My students are fun, loving and upstanding boys and girls that have hearts of gold!

Needs:
My class is in desperate need of their own laptops or iPads. We do alot of research and alot of writing and math learning games. Currently our schools laptops are very old and are not in the best of shape. It would be magical for my students to have their own devices that can be kept in the class to use at our convenience!!!! My students are so very creative and having access to such up to date technology whenever we need it is just another jump start to success for these students who will head to junior high next year.
My Philosophy:
You have to be ready to dive in feet first and show these kids they are all important, special and capable of success!! No exceptions!!!

I currently hold a bachelors degree in Administration of Justice.
Activities:
Music is my absolute passion!!!Listeningto it and not only enjoying the lyrical content but appreciating the instrumental geniuses that are responsible for such. Activities I also enjoy are: cooking, baking, gardening, photography, traveling and spending time with my family.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach 6th level. At this level I teach my students Math, Social Studies, ELA, Science and Technology.
