Students per Class: 160 - but the technology requested could be used for the entire student body as many other teachers and admin use this classroom space

Needs:
*Touch Screen ChromeBook *Chromecast Our school district underwent a major reconfiguration this past summer in which 60% of teachers were moved, relocated, and/or switched grade levels/content. With the closure of two buildings, many teachers are now sharing classroom spaces. I myself am teaching in a new space this year that although has some dynamic elements for innovative learning strategies to take place, it lacks in a few technology components. Receiving a touch screen Chromebook and a Chromecast would allow me to transform the learning environment for students to engage in more deeper critical thinking, collaboration,digital creativity, and communication skills.
