Every child is respected and provided the opportunity to learn in a risk-free environment. Students should feel safe and comfortable in their learning space. I want to create a classroom where every student questions, discusses, shares, learns from each other and accepts that mistakes are a key to knowing more!

About Me:
I was born and raised in California. I absolutely love the beach and go any chance I get. I enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, running, and white water rafting! I have 3 children, Jack our dog, and Sassy our cat.

Employment History:
I taught 1st & 2nd grades in San Jose, Ca. I’ve taught 2nd, 3rd and 5th grades sine I’ve been in Austin, Tx.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was in 2nd grade! I enjoy working, exploring and learning new things with my students. They have so much to share. A day with students is different every time!
