My Philosophy:
No approach to improving student performance is satisfactory until students have productive learning experiences that entice them, including hands on experiences. It is imperative to recognize that the choices made by our studens are being made according to their experiences and belief system. I strive to provide relevant course work to challenge each student, to analyze their resources (information) before making decisions that influence their lives. It is my responsibility to deliver instruction designed to individually and collectively motivate students to work together. I believe that given the opportunity, students will visualize that individual and group effort produces desired outcomes. I have a vested interest in education, and that is to teach students about the real world.
