Class Description:
I teach a class of medically fragile students. My class currently consists of students ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old. My students have a wide range of disabilities. They are non-ambulatory, non-verbal, conigitively impaired, visually impaired and medically fragile. They all require hands on assistance to complete all activies that are presented to them.

Needs:
My student require various adapted materials and devices to fully participate in their educational program. Some of the adapted material that are used daily are slant boards, enlarged and bright visual materials, weighted blankets, tactile materials, and switches to activiate computer programs and cause and effect toys. They also use voice output devices to communicate their wants and needs and to participate in daily instruction.
