I am teaching a CAHSEE ELA course to juniors and seniors who haven't found a way to pass the CAHSEE.
Position:
LA teacher
Needs:
I am looking for a set of laptops for them, so that they can access the resources on the internet more often. I am in a portable, so I have VERY limited access to technology or the internet and the learners have virtually none. These are the students who have already given up because someone has given up on them.
My Philosophy:
I can save every student from the cycle they have been born into. Technology is key to fighting the cycle and showing the quickest form of results. Our school is adopting a performance-basedsystem and not a time-based system, so these students can learn more than ever.
