I want to empower my students with 21st Century skills needed to compete in a global society. I believe all students will benefit from learning how to use devices and software utilized in a digital music classroom. I want to teach my students the most modern composing and recording methods available.

About Me:
Biography: Doug Crumpler, A Native North Carolinian, Is A Percussionist Who Has Played Drums Since Age 7. Doug Received His Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Performance from Campbell University in 1986. 1986-1989 He toured professionally With the Rock Group See You. 1989-1997 Doug Toured with the Rock group The Usuals. While Touring With These groups, Doug Opened for And Performed Alongside Many Major Rock groups Including: Billy Ocean, Nantucket, The Producers, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Kansas, Michael McDonald, Hootie And The Blowfish, and Jefferson Starship. In 1997, Doug Returned To Campbell University pursue his K-12 Teaching Licensure. In 1998, Doug Completed His Student teaching and received His K-12 Licensure in Music Education.
