My classroom is a safe and fun place for my children to learn. We are on a learning safari in my classroom. I
Position:
1st Grade Teacher
Needs:
We need more technology. In today's society technology is our number one resource. Kids who come from low-income families do not have these resources available to them at home. I want my students to be have every opportunity to learn using technology. A Smartboard will broaden our learning horizons because we will expand using multi-sensory learning.

About Me:
I am 26 years old. I am constantly learning new things from my own child and the children I teach. I am reminded how precious children are. I have been married for 4 years to my wonderful husband, Preston. He has been very supportive and helpful with my teaching career.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I want to make a difference. Teaching children is the most rewarding job. I truely love the kids I teach and I want to make sure I provide them with every resource available for a brighter future.
