Class Description:

Special Education
Needs:
I taught technology to all grades (K-8) at the Village Charter School for 3 years. In that time I became convinced that integrating technology into the classroom is a must. My resource room would greatly benefit from an interactive whiteboard. We already have the whiteboard, we just need to have a projector and an interactive device---such as a Mimio.
My Philosophy:
I believe that all students WANT to learn, are motivated to learn, and our responsibility as teachers---particularlyin an urban situation--is to tap into that desire and lead the students in the direction that will help them to be successful.
