Class Description:
The Information Technology program includes courses covering computer hardware, computer software, computer networking - cabling, and other specialized classes, such as web design. Classes are aligned with Comp-TIA and Kentucky Tech skills standards. Comp-TIA offers national certifications that will provide students with a more successful future in the IT field. Kentucky Tech standards may gain students dual credit at Gateway Community & Technical College. In addition seniors may have the opportunity to be placed in an intern or co-op position on or off campus. Please feel free to contact me with any question, comments, or concerns.

Needs:
Cameras (video & still), Student response system, software and any new technology that is available. Since I am the technology teacher, it is very important for me to provide new and upcoming equipment and training for my students.
