Class Description:
We are a Pre-K-8 school serving ~278 with very high poverty rate. We live in a very Rural area with very limited funding.

My Philosophy:
I have lots of energy and I am very passionate about education and life. I am family oriented: husband - David Lance, children - Devan (deceased), Adrienne (22), Jeremiah (19), Paige (17), and Hunter (14) - various foster children throughout the years. I am a Christian. My husband and I Pastor Lighthouse Bible Church in Viola, TN. I am a proud parent of an US Marine - Jeremiah! I am fair and consistent. I am a professional and treat others with respect. I do have a serious, but fun personality. I enjoy having fun and a good laugh. I like order and organization. I love Pinterest :) I do not get offended easily. I rather TRY and Fail then FAIL to Try... I have an OPEN DOOR policy (please come see or call me anytime). I believe in TEAMwork. I believe that it takes ALL of US to be successful! I believe that if something isn't working then its time to do something different. I believe if it is working then keep doing it - just continue to get better to become the best :) I am a hard worker and will give my all. I am dedicated. I believe that if someone brings up a PROBLEM(s) then he/she needs to bring possible SOLUTION(s) to help correct problem(s). I own up to my mistakes and do my best to learn from them. I do not like drama or gossip. I believe in honesty and fairness. I like thinking outside of the box. I believe that Learning can be enjoyable and fun. I believe that we should treat others as we would like to be treated. I believe that we should educate and teach our students like we would want our own children/grandchildren/familymembers to be educated/taught. I believe that CES will be the fastest growing PreK-8th grade school in TN!!
