My Philosophy:
Teachers must connect with their students in order to teach meaningfully, and nearly every student can be reached through kindness, compassion, and a good sense of humor. In addition, every student, regardless of ability, has the right to learn and to be challenged, and great educators strive to create relationships and learning environments that optimize learning for every student.
