Why Do I Teach?:
The range of emotions felt by a teacher on any given day ricochets between discouragement and hope. No other job makes you feel ancient, inadequate, and insane while also filling your heart with such immense joy and awe that your whole being is brimming with passion, love, and understanding. I teach because I long to foster a passion for learning, thinking, and creating. I watch the future form, and I have the privilege to be but a small part of a thousand tomorrows without having to live beyond today.
