Class Description:
I have a small class of fun, creative students. They truly enjoy using the technology we do have and are always ready to try anything new.

Needs:
At one time we had a digital camera for the classroom, but it has stopped working. With the economic troubles our room budgets have been frozen. I would really like to have one or two cameras for my class to use for projects.
My Philosophy:
Keep lessons current and innovative. If a child isn't learning one way, then try something different. Treat children with respect, and they will respect you in return.

About Me:
I am married with 2 grown children and one grandchild. I have a little dog named Teddy.
College and Degrees:
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State. I went back to school when my children were older and in school.

I have taught 5th grade, 2nd grade, jr. high, and I am currently teaching 4 th grade. I have always taught at the same school, Hope Elementary.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because there is never a dull moment with teaching! I also feel that I am truly making a difference when I help a child.
