Needs:
We need 9 microscopes for my students and I for our science lessons. We are studying about cells in plants and animals in science. My students will have class partners to help identify cells throughout their lifecycle. I would like the opportunity to show my students through a microscope how plant and animal life looks magnetized.
My Philosophy:
I believe every child should have the opportunity to succeed. No matter if you come from an underpriviledged home or community. Life's baby steps through life can turn into giant futures.

About Me:
I love to learn from others and make a difference in child's life. I love to bake at times. I enjoy bringing in baked goods for my students. I wish I had more time to give my students every part of me.

Currently studying to receive my Master Degree at Johns Hopkins University in Elmentary Education.

Employment History:
Worked in several government agencies mostly dealing with underpriviledged families. Left the government sector to become a teacher in 2008. Have been teaching since February 2009.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I love passing on the knowledge and information that I have acquired throughout my personal and professional experiences. It is overwhelming at times but it is worth it when my student grasp the concept and takes off running with it. Thanks.
