My Philosophy:
I believe education is an individual, unique experience for every student who enters a classroom. My goal for my classroom is to challenge students and watch them grow to their full potential. I want to take students to different levels and see them develop together for a betterment of each individual. I belief behind every school and every teacher is a set of related beliefs that influences what and how students are taught. As an educator my primary job is to fill that primal need for learning skills by creating engaging and relevant learning experiences related every day. The greatest gift a teacher can give a student is motivating them to experience repeated learning success. Students learn best by doing and active teaching encourages active learning. Teachers should treat students as active participants in the learning process providing them with skills.
